Her vision includes Increased coordination between the Clinical Service Lines to provide education to the Community on differing health topics, development of specialty programs that include Certified Practioners in respective areas, developing the current Palliative Care Program to insure all Clinical Practice Guidelines are in line with the 4th edition standards just released. I also see them using more data analytics to look at trends and outcomes to help the agency prepare for a move towards Population Healthcare on the East Coast, Predictive Staffing as well as Improved Clinical Outcomes for Best in Practice Care.
Keri’s passion, along with her commitment to RVNAhealth’s future, is a recipe for success. “I am impressed with the authenticity of RVNAhealth’s mission and by the strong integration of individual and community care across service lines that serve a lifetime,” says Linardi. “Being invited into patient and family homes — and lives — is a privilege that RVNAhealth takes very seriously and I enjoy helping the team remain strong, reliable, and poised for ongoing progress and growth.
